• Booking Status & Deposits: All appointment requests are submitted as Pending. To secure your selected time slot, please complete the custom deposit link sent directly to your confirmation email. Once your deposit is verified, your appointment will be officially Approved.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Out of respect for our schedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

• Free Consultations: Consultations require no deposit to book, but we do ask that you respect the 24-hour notice policy if you need to change your time.

• Arrival Info: Please try to arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes for all lash appointments. If you are booking a tattoo or permanent makeup service, please ensure you have reviewed any pre-care steps.
